A balanced solar plexus chakra allows us to feel alive, confident, and able to digest our food and experiences. In this class, we will explore the anchoring sensation of touch and practice noticing the boundary of our skin and how we can mindfully move our bodies in space. We’ll start by grounding into the earth, move into somatic practices to feel into the back, front, and side body, and end with restful restorative yoga postures.
