Jessica Wallner, LCPC

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Registered Yoga Teacher (RY200) whose first love is the earth. I provide EMDR therapy and somatic ecotherapy to cultivate deeper connection to ourselves as part of the natural world. I graduated with a master’s of science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at University of Southern Maine. Prior to my work in counseling, I completed a master’s of arts in Media, Culture, and Communication from NYU where I studied identity, representation, and how to utilize media and storytelling as a tool for social change, particularly in communicating climate change. My studies inspired my own spiritual journey to be in deeper belonging to my life and become both a healer and steward of the earth. My work with clients integrates neuroscience, polyvagal theory, attachment-focused EMDR, mindfulness, nature connection and body-based practices to find more ease in body, mind & spirit. I incorporate my training as a reiki practitioner and trauma-informed yin and hatha yoga teacher. I try to bring compassion and humor to every session so that clients can feel comforted and supported in accessing their vulnerability.
