Sacred space for your journey home
So many of us feel overwhelmed, lost or disconnected and long for a more authentic and purposeful life. I see clients who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, pain, and who are stuck in old patterns. Clients learn to trust their ability to regulate and be more present in their lives. Clients practice reparenting the young parts of themselves that didn't get their needs met. Clients reprocess traumatic memories so they can relate to the world and people they love with more wholeness, compassion, and belonging. I offer somatic therapy and ecotherapy in 1:1 sessions, classes, and workshops to help you come home to the wisdom of the earth, the signals of the body, and your truest self.
“The ache for home lives in all of us. The safe place where we can go as we are and not be questioned.”
― Maya Angelou
Hi, I’m Jess.
A little about me…
Growing up on a farm, I found joy and wonder in connection to nature. As I became more invested in learning about the climate crisis, I was overwhelmed by how we as humans treat the earth, each other, and ourselves. I started the journey to become a psychotherapist because I believe that our individual health is deeply entwined with our collective health. I draw from advanced clinical training in ecotherapy, somatics, parts work, and attachment-focused EMDR. I am deeply passionate about facilitating nature reconnection and eco-somatic experiences 1:1 with clients and in groups for individual and collective healing.
“Maybe the journey isn’t so much about becoming anything. Maybe it’s about un-becoming everything that isn’t really you, so you can be who you were meant to be in the first place.”
― Paul Coelho
Let’s work together.

Somatic Therapy
Somatic therapy is a present-oriented, skill based, and experiential way to welcome more vitality in the body and peace of mind. I work with clients who may be feeling stressed, dysregulated, burnt out, disconnected, pain in the body, and unprocessed grief. Clients gain a toolbox of skills to increase their ability to be present and regulated.

Ecotherapy
Ecotherapy utilizes our connection to the earth to explore who we are, what matters to us, and how we relate. I work with clients who may be feeling overwhelmed, hopeless or lost in their lives and over the state of the world. Clients reconnect to the cycles of the earth for insight, meaning, and belonging.
